About me
Meet Bunty, your guide at Divine Sanctuary
A dedicated devotee of spirituality, yoga and meditation — here to be of service, and to share her safe haven with you.

A haven, opened to you
Divine Sanctuary is Bunty's safe haven — the place where she meditates and practises her devotion to the universe. Now she is in a position to be of service to others, and she invites you to join her: to awaken your Shakti power, the coiled energy resting at the base of the spine, waiting to purify mind and body. This is the true meaning of yoga — becoming one with your highest self.
How yoga found her
Bunty's journey began with meditation, as part of her own inner-child healing. Life brought many hurdles and difficult challenges, and in searching for purpose, yoga found her. She tried many Westernised versions of yoga but felt none of the depth she had read about — so she went back to its origins, and discovered the practice as it was always meant to be.
Her approach is one of service: authentic yoga that supports the whole person. When practised in its original form, yoga brings deep healing and nourishment, the release of suppressed emotions, and genuine balance across body and mind.
Why it matters
Daily life is demanding. Work, family and everything in between can leave the mind and body under immense stress — anxiety, brain fog, loneliness even in a crowd. Yoga elevates you to a higher consciousness, so you can stop merely coping with life and start thriving in it.
At Divine Sanctuary you'll be supported to find the inner joy, strength, love and compassion that are already waiting within you.
